B18 Character Development [Black Sands]

Slowly picking up where I left off with the Babylon development with some new non-industrial androids for inner city use. Going along the lines of an electrohydraulic servo rig in a vacuum sealed boiler suit. Designed to be more aesthetically acceptable and ergonomically functional for a better integration with a high density population, the BSCD Android Shell is mounted on the KEDB D218 rig allowing for full motor-skill capacity. No plans of making a Black Sands original rig just yet.
